My Thoughts : As a die hard fan of 70's music, its hard not to mention The Steve Miller Band as they are one of legendary rock band of 70's who had created some of the best blues-based rock. The tunes are catchy and upbeat, for sure to brighten up the mood and have some good kick a** dancing.

Essential favorites like "Rock 'N' Me", "Take The Money And Run", "The Joker", "Fly Like An Eagle", "Jet Airliner", "Jungle Love" and Swingtown" are all included. Older favorites like "Space Cowboy" and "Livin' In The USA", and "My Dark Hour" from Miller's earlier career are included as well. "Abracadabra", Miller's major hit, for the first time has included also as prior to the 2 greatest hits release, it was not included.

However, I still prefer Miller's earlier hits like "Going To Mexico", "Steppin' Stone" and "Your Saving Grace", "Heart Like A Wheel", "Give It Up", "Keeps Me Wonderin' Why" and "True Fine Love" which is not included in this album.

Overall, this album is probably the best first purchase for someone who wants to acquire Miller's major hits but have a more comprehensive overview of his career. But for one to truely enjoy his music, that would be Miller's hit from his early career.

For a more comprehensive greatest hits, i would prefer the box sets release in 2008 named Steve Miller Band - Greatest Hits [BOX SET]
